Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lumora. This page explains how and when your order is shipped.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Europe: 7–15 business days
• Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or public holidays. Lumora is not responsible for delays outside our control.

Order tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking included. Your tracking number will be sent with your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a tracking update within 5 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us.

Customs and duties

For orders delivered within the European Union, no additional customs charges apply. For orders outside the EU, you may be responsible for applicable import duties or taxes. These charges are not included in the product price and are determined by your local customs authority.
