Returns window

You may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or report an issue. To initiate a return, email info.lumora.tech@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return conditions

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return shipping

Unless your item is faulty or damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at info.lumora.tech@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Return shipping for faulty items is covered by Lumora.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund.
