Return and Refund Policy

At Lumora, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused
- in the same condition that you received it
- in its original packaging
- with all accessories, manuals, and parts included

Please do not send items back before contacting us first. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:
- used or damaged items caused by the customer
- items missing original packaging or accessories
- gift cards
- items marked as final sale
- hygiene-sensitive products if opened or used

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos or videos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Return shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your card provider or bank, as processing times can vary.
